[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — no amount reflected in the account | |||
I had booked a train from dli to jind junction through goibibo app for 26th of pnr: [protected] and trn:12481. The ticket status remained waiting and thus was not confirmed. I was therefore not able to travel. I requested for a refund of the amount i had paid through the app which was answered in denial of any such booking having been done by me. After this i again complained and goibibo team informed me that the refund has been completed and would soon reflect in my account refund date being 30th may but the amount has still not reflected in my account. I seriously doubt the credibility of goibibo now. Was this information helpful? | |||
