I booked a stay on the month of May, check in date was 26 th may, 27 th may was check out, Hotel name: Sea Gull, Digha, we booked a stay on AC cottage, 1st Floor. And total cost was rs. 13861. But the service I got, that was 3rd grade. They just taken money, the room condition was pathetic, after reaching property, when I raised this concern with hotel and Go inibo, they just did not care, did not even contact me, or provide any alternative. After that O raised a complaint with Go Ibibo, they taken almost 1.5 months, and after that they said they are unable to refund any amount, and they just closed my complaint without my Authorization, i provided all images, all the proof from my side, but they just did not care, I want this complaint to be addressed on a proprity Was this information helpful? |
