Refund has not been recieved in my account against ticket cancellation with PNR no. ZB[protected] its so many days now.However, due to your sudden cancellation i had suffered alot at your hands which can't be compensated by any means.
Earlier also i had requested you to refund my travel amount through mail, despite that there was no response.
I have attached all travel details of the booking which had been cancelled at your end and the advance payment for the booking.
I request you to initiate my refund at earliest as it is totally unfair trade practise. Once money has been paid whh tickeg has been cancelled?
Moreover, the customer support provided online is not responding.
