I booked my brothers flight of 14th june on @goibibo which i cancelled due to some reasons and asked @goibibo for the refund in return they stated inr 900 something will be refund if it doesn't then for every 2 hours of delay, they shall credit gocash plus of inr 100.
But yet i haven't received the same and now on webportal they are showcasing travel history as travelled for a cancelled flight. When i asked customer care for the same they stated you have cancelled the cancelled status and travelled on 14th june when i told them that i already travelled on 7th june why would i travelled again which wasn't possible they were not able to clarify.
I want my refund as well as my delay gocash plus money as mentioned on mail.
