Ibibo Group / Goibibo — No refund received for Canceled Air Ticket due to Covid 19 by Goibibo. | |
The Goibibo Team changed by themselves the e-mail ID so that I would not get any refund and also not to ask any question in this matter. I also attached herewith the Payment from my Credit card to Ibibo OR Goibibo. The company also gave false statement that " REFUND REQUEST IN PROCESS If claim is approved, Expect refund by 21 Feb - 08 Mar". They changed my e-mail so that the process to refund the amount would be unsettled. This is a kind of a big SCAM. Was this information helpful? | |
