[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — no response for my hotel booking refund - pathetic customer service | |||
I booked a hotel in mysore to stay from 19 sep to 22 sep. I have cancelled the booking and goibibo confirmed me with an email that they will refund the booked amount in 14 working days. After 14 working days, i called the customer care to provide the refund status. But there was no response from them after calling them for 10-15 times. Customer care person started behaving rudely, by disconnecting the call in between. I need to know the status of my refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
