Hi, The below email, communication is for for your info. I have used Goibibo.com booked hotel for Vedanta wake, Ooty hotel. In the website they have mentioned the below services - Basic Bathroom Amenities, Cable / Satellite / Pay TV available, Housekeeping, Daily Room Cleaning. but non of the facilities hotel has and i have complained to Goiboibo team they have not provided the feedback or refunding the money 214 hotel room they have allocated me that was looks like a rest room. please review the attached email communicated which i had with Gobibibo and photos of the rooms.
