[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — non-compliance of booked bus ticket | |||
I had booked a bus ticket for my mother from varanasi to allahabad for 27 apr 19 at 0600 hrs. My ticket was booked in ordinary class vide seat number 6 when i reached at bus depot, i came to know that my booking was invalid. Then i contacted with your customercare executive, he checked and he oppolised that mistake has been done by your organisation, then i told him to refund my full amount. He has forwarded my request.
