[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — non-compliance of booked bus ticket

I had booked a bus ticket for my mother from varanasi to allahabad for 27 apr 19 at 0600 hrs. My ticket was booked in ordinary class vide seat number 6 when i reached at bus depot, i came to know that my booking was invalid. Then i contacted with your customercare executive, he checked and he oppolised that mistake has been done by your organisation, then i told him to refund my full amount. He has forwarded my request. Kindly inquire my complaint and let me know about the status. My complaint number is 27661224

We checked booking details and observed that our team already reverted with the closure, stating refund has been approved and will get processed on the same account/credit card/ mode of payment with which you confirmed the booking.
It must reflect in the respective account within 5-14 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays), from the date of refund success.
