I was booking a ticket for ypr to hwh for train no.12246 for 30th may, 2019 against ref. I'd. Trnafb8zqrep9j for rs.4300/- paid and debited my sb account but ticket not issued reasons issue failed. And i was informed that the amount will be credited to my account within 5 to 14 days. Since 12 days already passed but no refund effected. Request to take immediate step S to avoid complicacy.
