I got an email confirming refund of an overcharged amount per email as given below. However i have neither received the refund nor can i find details from anywhere. I want to say that last day I have booked a rail ticket by Rs 640 from Howrah to Jasabantpur. My balance was deducted from bank but still I don't get any confirmation or any information about that. I want refund as soon as possible and my booking id was TRNAF8EE902YGT.
PLEASE help me by refunding.
