[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — non - refunding of cancellation charge of my hotel booking at puri, payment not received | |
I have confirmed the booking of my stay at sonar gaon hotel, puri for 2 nights ie checkin on 18th oct'18 and check out on 20th oct'18. Again i cancelled the one day booking on 18th oct'18, and got confirmation from your end. Booking id-htlsebm3rv and hotel booking id-[protected]. Now my checkin will be on 19th oct'18 and check out on 20th oct'18. Till today cancellation charge of rs 5050.00 not yet credited to my account. Give my any confirm updates.
