Sorry but I need post the issue here with others.
From last 10 days I'm frequently calling for refund issue .
First of all company has issue with successful transaction, money deducted 2 times from my account balance but service not done that time
Now I got one time failed transaction refund but where is other one??
How can be RRN can be same in both different refund transaction??
Really got disappointed.

One customer executive told me to chargeback...as bank official statement and website only merchant has to do the chargeback not the customer.
