Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Not getting my refund back!

I had booked a flight for April 2020 through Goibibo which I had to cancel due to the pandemic.
I used the app in May 2021 to request that the money be transferred to my bank. It says that the refund request has been created and the money would be transferred in 7-10 business days. However, 7-10 business days have long gone but I have still not received my money. They don’t mention anything else after that and there seems to be no other way to contact them.
