Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Not getting refund against Train ticket cancellation

I booked waiting list train tickets which was not confirmed but still not received refund against cancellation. I checked in Go Ibibo app which is showing refund processed but not yet reflected in my account. I am facing this problem since November 27, 2020. Booking ID- 1. TRNAFTFYBALVYL, 2. TRNAFTU9O9A3LQ, 3. TRNAFTUJVGX315, 4. TRNDFTWFCKEOXT, 5. TRNAFTJDHGH8WI. I request you to kindly refund my pending amount at the earliest. Please check all bookings from 27/11/20 and refund my amount.
