Hi, I had a booking for 22nd October but unfortunately had to cancel it because of major circumstances. The cancellation was done on 21st October after confirmation from the hotel “RamN Residency” receptionist and they confirmed that the full refund will be initiated by Goibibo, but Goibibo is not transferring my hard earned money. This is totally unethical and fraud. Only 50% of the total amount was refunded after n number of requests. Kunal, Kritika are the social media support executives handling the case.
