[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — not received my refund | |
I had booked a cab from delhi to jind for 14th of may. I cancelled the booking two days prior to it and thus was supposed to get a refund of Rs.402 which i had paid earlier for the booking. Though i recieved a mail that i would get the refund and another mail stating that the refund is complete, i haven't received the refund at all. The costumer service on call for goibibo is down and i don't understand where to even enquire.
