I have booked my tickets from goibibo and it gets cancelled due to covid-19 lockdown. Airlines has given the refund to goibibo but they are not giving credit to me, not they are replying my emails even after followup since 5 months, their customer care number is also useless. I am not alone but I have seen their review on mouthshut.com, there are many victims of goibibo. I am tired after taking followup from them via emails, twitter, phone calls but still i have not received my money back. Please help, it seems like a big scam. Was this information helpful? |
