No proper response from goibobo - getting contradicting response from airlines (Emirates).. Goibobo customer care gives misleading information every time, no proper status - i got 3 responses last 1 week, 1 customer care person said refund rejected, other one said in progress and other one said already refunded.. But i have not received any penny so far.. Talking to airlines (Emirates) saying goibobo not submitted for refund at all. I need to get ticket refund of abotu four lacs (Inr 4, 00000/-) for four tickets - from bangalore - los angeles and return. Ticket numbers: amds7nbhp, mysmf[protected], amds85p9j and amds7vklr Goibobo ticket tracking id: goibibo[protected] Information provided by goibobo extremely misleading and it is in a deep mess.. I feel they are dragging and cheating for not refunding.. I cant imagine their customer care can be so useless.. I have cancelled the tickets as flights got cancelled due to covid situation and lock down. I spoke to support that time and i was told i am eligible for refund.. And then i have cancelled and requested for refund in april 15th time frame.. For couple of months i was getting the reminder email that refund is in progress.. But no updates last 1 month, i called customer support i was told airlines rejected the refund now and it is a open ticket and i can use for next 2 years.. I have asked them to send an email but customer support didn't send any details.. So no records, no emails whatsoever on the rejection or open ticket option.. If i login and check in support site, 3 out of 4 says it is already refunded and 1 ticket says refund in progress. Now the fun part: i called up emirates to check the status - they are saying they haven't received any request for refund for these tickets and these tickets are very much eligible for refund.. But no one requested it.. Since we have booked through goibobo only they can submit for refund.. But it will take another 90 days to refund.. Again i called customer care, whoever picked up giving all kinds of misleading information.. He is saying refund in progress but cant give any timeline.. He cant give anything in writing.. Customer care doesnt want to listen.. I have asked him to give to supervisor - he refused to give.. I ahve written a email to [protected]@goibobo.com - but no response for last 1 week. Now they have convenient covid situation as reason for not responding.. I am not sure why customer care cant respond to email - even if they work remotely..
