Ibibo Group / Goibibo — not responding | |||
I received an email as a revert to my call last night i. E 11th march 2020 mentioning about the passenger’s corona waiver being permitted. The email also stated that i’ll get a call on within 2 hours, but it didn’t happen. The flight is on 15th march, so i’m wandering how and when is the waiver getting credited and worried about it. I’ve been calling since morning on the customer care number and it’s been hours and no one answers. Kindly arrange a call back on the number provided - [protected].
