The most horrible and unsafe service ever. I booked a cab for 3 days from travel from Mumbai to Pune (21st July to 23rd July)
1. Driver reached 2-3 hours late to pick up passenger.
2. The vehicle promised was Ertiga which shows on app as well whereas received old desire car. No intimation in change of car shared. Absolutely against the safety norms. Multiple customer reps calling back after complaining and asking the query again . While Rs 500 was given as compensation it ruined our entire leisure trip with many issues arising time and again highlighted below.
3. Driver was not professional, doing Rashdriving.
4. Was getting irritated to drop the passenger on 23rd July to their destination giving traffic reasons.
5. Was keeping loud music again and again inspite of asking to reduce it. Was getting irritated when passenger were conversing among themselves
6. Exceeded speed limit for which even received a challan. Was behaving as if doesn't know the roads at all whereas the driver was local of mumbai. Also while leaving from Mulshi which was final destination driver disappeared in morning without informing us and we had to wait for him to return for almost 40 mins which again delayed our further journey. He was also not responding to our calls when we tried and the hotel security person told us he saw him going nearby and he had to actually call the shop person nearby to ask him to return.
7. driver was chewing tobacco continuously and spitting by opening front door on his side
Service seems to be outsourced with no proper checks responsibility taken by goibibo . Very disappointed as it was a spoiler for our trip.
After all this goibibo says that they regret the inconvenience and their customer service representative was just interested in closing the complaint ticket. How can they be so insensitive? it is their responsibility to ensure our safety and send professional drivers. Was this information helpful? |
