Oyo 29856 hotel om palace is denying checkin on 21/7/2019 for less tariff and for last 62 hours i am in contact with your customer care deptt. Through many many phone calls and many many emails and every time they say to give more time and till today ie 19/7/2019 8pm matter is still pending causing me anxiety as only one day left in between for my checkin. I had requested them every time to cancel my booking and refund my money in my gocash wallet so that i may book another hotel but i fail to understand that what is stopping them to take appropriate action/ decisions. Please hurry up to solve it as early as possible. Thanks
