[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — paid for extra baggage through goibibo but airline refused...waiting for refund | |||
Complain ticket number [#20504131 at goibibo. Issue :: Refund of amount paid for extra baggage but disallowed by Airline I am explaining issue in in 5 simple steps :: step 1) I paid Rs 1490 for additional baggage to goibibo for ticket of Scoot Airlines from Singapore to Chennai boarding on 30th Apr. step 2) A ticket was sent by Mr Raunak in which 2 adults and 1 child (total 3 passengers) were allowed 20 kg each as check in baggage. step 3) At Singapore Airport while check in, Scoot guys said that they can't see any extra baggage in my booking and I need to pay for my baggage. step 4) I was having 26 kg baggage for which I was asked to pay Singapore Dollar 68 for first 20 kg and another Singapore Dollar 68 for balance 6 kg (Rs 6700 approx.). step 5) I left my baggage at Singapore as my relatives are there in Singapore and they will bring it later on at Diwali. Now, I am asking for REFUND OF Rs 1490...for which I am sure, guys at Goibibo should not have any issue to refund. I am contactable at 2 numbers which are connectable 24X7. Waiting for REFUND and not any call for enquiry again as I have already explained in verbal multiple times and writing. Was this information helpful? | |||
