[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — paid payment to [protected]@icici vpa but denied by goibibo

Sir i tried to book train tickets on goibibo as on 8th april 2018 through my mobile no. [protected]. My transaction got failed and tickets not booked but my account is debited with rs. 1585 to paid [protected]@icici vpa as on 8th april 2018 with reference no.[protected] and also confirmed by my bank about this transaction is successful and payment credited in benifiecier account.
