Hello Sir, i have booked hotel for stay in bangalore on 12th july through Goibibo site and amount for the stay is paid as advance to Goibibo. i have reached the hotel for stay, they denied for stay saying amount paid is less and asking me to pay for extra Rs 371 for stay. i have paid the amount per the details shared in the site, while i called cusotmer care, they are totally irresponsive and had to wait with guest for 45 minutes at 10:00 PM in the night. this is very horrible experience where my guest in standing on the road, hotel denying for the stay and customer care of Goibio is totally useless. i had to return back as hotel denied. Goibibo is cheating customers every day by doing the same and they are doing it by knowingly. i would say the site should be blocked from customer use. customer care is creating new drama's by not allowing me to stay . saying i have not reached the hotel. they are simply bluffing and cheating customers everyday. can you please help?
