Ibibo Group / Goibibo — pathetic response on flight rescheduling | |||
It was worse experience dealing with customer care service goibibo. I asked for my flight rescheduling or refund since last one week but no feedback on mail as well as on phone. I am calling customer care frequently and same response getting that u will get call back on high priority. Repeat telecast by different customer care officer. What to do in such cases?
