[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — pathetic service and false promises | |
Hi I have been running around an issue for days. All that ibibo could offer me was false promises, pathetic customer service, denying manager assistance and hanging up call on my face. I had booked a hotel names balaji comforts in bangalore hsr layout. The hotel made me wait for an hour before denying me a check in. They were not ready for the price i booked for and demanded more money. I had driven 20 kms in the traffic to reach there. I did not have enough money on my card to book an other hotel and had to stay in my car for 4 hours. It was such a frustrating time for me the customer service was not connecting. It said high call volume and asked. Me to seek help from the website. It was useless. The amount of frustration i had to go through was sad but even worse was when i got through the customer service. They hung up on me. Yesterday also an agent called me and offered a call back in 15 minutes and again hung up on me. I have no other option but to go for a complaint at the court.
