Harassment which i was faced in ajmer on your oyo hotel galaxy grand. 1) i have booked hotel with online payment made and your hotel was not aware of this. 2) i did have all the records available with me included booking i’d payment details and hotel description. 3) hotelier clearly told that has no booking of my name that is ramiz raza. I had called immediately to the customer care and explained each n everything but she has no result and she disconnected my call and i again tried to the customer care his name is naveen kumar, he confirmed that hotelier has no option for online payment so he suggested that you need to cancelled the booking and get a fresh booking through cash only and that point of time i didn’t cancelled my booking due to no refundable case and i moved out from the location to get a another hotel through manual basis. So basically it was very bad experience for me specially for hotel booking through goibibo. No help from customer care neither hoteliers. I thinks this is my last experience with goibibo at point time i was like helpless if you were in new location and suppose you don’t have cash what you do at point of time. This is very pathetic service from your team need to eslate this issue with your higher management. Was this information helpful? | |||
