[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — payment completed but booking not confirmed | |||
I have tried to book a flight on 18th april, From kolkata-bangalore dated 15th may. Payment got deducted but booking id or booking email not received. I have tried to upload the payment proo[censored]sing gia, but it is a tedious automated chat and not helpful. Now it is 22nd of may still no refund has been initiated. Now i am compelled to slam goibibo on social media of this issue is not fixed in next 5 days. Was this information helpful? | |||
