Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Payment deducted but showing not completed

I sachdeva traders have tried to make payment of my fertilizers license on eagriservices.Punjab.Gov.In portal
i have tried twice to make payment
but every time payment has been deducted from mu account
but not deleiverd to destination and still not got any reversal
so i request here to please make an immidate reversal
