[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — payment deducted for ibiza fern resort but booking not done | |||
On 12th june 2019, payment deducted from my credit card but booking not done in ibiza fern resort, shared all details in [protected]@goibibo.com, but still no refund received or any confirmation received. Whenever i contact customer care every executive asking for details but no progress. Already 10 emails done but no feedback. 1st time i m facing this kind of issue.
