Dear sir, I tried to book the flight Booking id: gofldand8ef4d5255648 Booked on: may 2, 2018, 3:37 p. M Payment amount 9058/- Booking failed Again second time i tried to book flight Booking id: gofldandeb7e35256025 Booked on: may 2, 2018, 3:43 p. M. Payment amount 9058/- Booking failed/- But 9058 amount has been debited from my accountand credit to goibibo account Transiction id :-p1805021631132934246252 We have the bank statement also Please help me in this regard. Jul 24, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved I tried to call on the Toll free number of Goibibo 18002081060 but they are not helping me
The mail which i got from company is [email protected] . In this mail they are saying payment failed but I have the bank statement in which it is showing that amount has been credited to Goibibo account.
