[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — payment failed but money deducted

I tried booking flight ticket from kolkata to bangalore (For 19th may 2019) on 24.04.2019 from goibibo website. It said that the payment failed but the money was deducted from my bank account (Bandhan bank) for the same. The flight booked was of indigo, number - 6e345 Reference id : gofld[protected] I would like to request a refund of the payment. To the anonymous author,

The ibibo.com site produces : no transaction was in progress in unspecified time and date according to the extract (poor qality image).
The anonymous author states "the money was deducted from my bank account" .

Questions:

1. Where is an evidence "the money was deducted from my (anonymous )bank account" ?

2. Does the author fairly believes, that the money can be transfered to the anonymous account of the unidentified comercial bank, supervised by the Reserve bank of India?
