[Resolved]  Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Payment failed two times using UPI method. And amount not refunded

Hello, This incident was on 31 December 2021.
I've tried to book a hotel using the UPI payment option through goibibo app.
The first time tried with UPI and it does not confirm the booking saying try again, but the amount was debited from my bank account. Then Second time I tried again with UPI still showed the retry page and the amount got debited.
So a total of two times the amount got debited (Rs 6130 + Rs 6130) total Rs 12260. No
The third time tried with the debit card option not UPI and the payment getting confirmed.
The failed amount didn't get received after 4 days.No email or any updates when called on the customer care number they keep on saying they are checking and will give you an update within 24 to 48 hours
