[Resolved]  Ibibo Group / Goibibo — payment from ibibo is pending and they are showing gstin to hotelier which was supposed to be from customer.

I run a homestay and ibibo has been providing me with the guests. They transfer the amount the guest needs to pay after the guest check in. But they have not been paying properly and in-spite of contacting several times over mail and telephone calls they just give reasons which are not relevant. They collect the gst which the customer was supposed to pay them and simply deduct the money which was supposed to pay us. They are simply doing money in the name of gst (Which was not supposed to deduct.). Please look into the matter and help me out to get the outstading balance amount which they deducted in the name of gst adjustments.
