Dear management, My booking id is :- tuakr04za My travel date was 1st march 2018 (Doha - ahmadabad) and return date was 31st march 2018 (Ahmedabad - doha). I already cancelled flight ticket (My wife, chandni jaimin panchal) on 18th feb 2018. I have attached the confirmation email to from goibibo. I have spoken with your customer service team with more than 5 to 6 times. I got false promises from them. But i still not received and credited my refunded amount to my account yet. I completely tired to deal with goibibo team now. Finally i escalate this issue to goibibio management finally. Right now i am in qatar.
