Booking id:htl83a8ejf booked on: 09/09/19oyo 2132 aditya residency (Classic (2x) with breakfast and dinner) the booking was done on 9th and on calling the receptionist named harish he told me that they do not accept online payments and hence they will not let me stay. The payment was for breakfast dinner and the night's stay, all of which i did not receive. I want a full refund. This is a huge inconvenience and from online review i have come to understand that this is a recurring problem. Get it resolved whenever you want but you have a lost a customer and i will not be recommending your service to anyone. I want my money back and i want action taken regarding this. Even after multiple attempts to contact your customer support as well as chat support as well as email support i found that it is nearly impossible to contact anyone from your side. This is probably because nobody from your fraudulent company wants to take any responsibility or be accountable for such kind o[censored]nacceptably bad services. My phone number is [protected].
