Hello, I made a payment worth Rs. 1020 to nehadoodles.com via payumoney. But neither have i recieved confirmation regarding the payment nor i recieved the refund.
Transaction Id: [protected]. I tried the transaction multiple times, but it showed failed every single time. I have made the payment via Airtel Money to Payumoney for nehadoodles.com
Now I have no idea where the money is stuck, but Airtel money transaction history shows that Rs. 1020 has been debited from my airtel wallet. Kindly help resolve the issue.
