Ibibo Group / Goibibo — pnr-bfnshs refund for cancellation of flight

Pnr-bfnshs (Flight date-29 mar 2020)
The flight was cancelled on 14 mar 2020.
With no option foe change of date i proceeded for cancellation/refund
On conversation with indigo i found that the full refund has already and paid to goibibo.
Airline has already processed my refund against the cancellation of my ticket on 18 march 2020. Till date goibibo has not returned the money which they received from airline to customer.
