I have cancelled my International flight PNR - MY1I3U because of some medical emeergency, the cancellation request was raised on 23-August-2022, but after following up with customer care executive multiple times (15+ times) over email, I am not getting any response.
I have reached out to Airlines as well, they informed that its already processed at their end(attaching response from Airlines), so I need to check with Travel Agency (which is not responding).
There is not direct contact where I can call and talk, I am GoIbibo customer from many years, this is very disappointing for me and frustrating that I need to post the complaint.
