Hi, I had made tickets from Ibibo portal to go from delhi to madurai journey date 21/12/2020 as I have planned to go rameshwaram and perform my father teerth rituals(he is unable to come due to medical conditions) and return back tomorrow (22/12/2020). My return flight is of time 4.30 evening. Since Goibibo has listing that delhi to madurai flight SG 8128 could reach around 10 AM same day so I can reach to rameshwaram temple aprrox 1-2 oclcok and can perform pooja. Now it's hard for me to perform rituals and pooja today and I have to do it tomorrow morning. This will bring situation to delay my return flight also. When I talked to Rajeswari customer care executive, she straight away asking 3000+900+ fare difference charges. Why I have to pay charges for Goibibo incorrect listing or delay for the flights who got booked by Ibibo portal. She was not understanding it and when I asked to get help from supervisors and rectify my solution, she straight away made lie that not able to connect anyone. I asked for contact details like email or phone number to connect with supervisor but she refused to give. Goibibo people have such person in front who don't know the business ethics as well. I even had given exapmle of car service, where person goes to service station for car not for thier parts suppliers within warranty. She was unable to understand and forcing me that thier seniors also say same thing what she is saying. How is this business which making my journey worthless, also putting me in risk of quarentine if not having valid return. please help Was this information helpful? |
