Dear Sir / Madam, I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Flights The issue that I have experienced was: Please note that I had made payment for the flight tickets booking (via Goibibio) using BHIM UPI payment gateway. My account was with SBI. I had made a transaction on 24-Mar-2021. Transaction got failed but I still didn't receive the refund of the failed transaction. Details of Transaction below. I have raised the complaint multiple complaint with Goibibo. Every time there customer care says that you will get refund in next 24 to 48 hrs. Everytime they will tell new story. Haven't get any resolution till date. I have written confirmation from SBI that the amount was transferred to Goibibo on 26-March-2021. I have mail confirmation from BHIM UPI that the amount was credited to Goibibo. Goibibo not refunding the amount. Details of Transaction below: Amount- 19112 Payment- BHIM UPI Reason for complaint- Amount deducted but tickets not booked. Transaction ID[protected] Please refund my amount back into my account.
