I had booked a flight ticket - round trip via goibibo portal. journey date was in May 2020 and due to Covid Pandemic, as per government rules, all the flights were canceled. Now in the month of OCT, airlines refunded money to goIbibo for my ticket cancellation. Now the complaint is that there is no way I can contact them. there is ONLY an automated caller system. I tried contacting all the number but no number is working. There is no one who can respond. I hope there must be lot of consumers' who must be facing this problem.
I seek assistance and direction to get the money refunded from goibibo. This is a big fraud that has been happening from GoiBibo. I strongly recommond NEVER NEVER use any service from goibibo. It is a big fraud. Was this information helpful? |
