Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund cheating and self cancellation at the agency

Travel date : Friday 26th 2020

There were a total of three passengers Sh****, Kri**and Rajkum*** From my end I have cancelled only Raj***ri ticket and I had informed the same to Spicejet and they agreed upon that however on the date of travel the entire remaining 2 tickets of the remaining two passengers was cancelled from GOIBIBIO and I have the recording where I spoke to Spicejet and they told me that it was cancelled from GOIBIBO end.
Now its been over a month and i have still not recieved a single rupee whereas i don't understand how do you guys cancel tickets without my permission and i had to shell out extra money for tickets for that day directly through spice jet

2. PNR NBL9HA

Travel date 26th June 2020

GO AIR had cancelled the flights that day and even I have the recoeding for the same with go air, The flights were non operational for that given day.. Again I have not received the rufund for that day for both the passengers

3.PNR F6H22M

Travel Date : 28th June 2020

For this given day GOAIR had cancelled the flight from New delhi to Pune directly as the flight was not operational.

Again for this I have not received the refund.

And you'll have disabled all email and phone numbers so just so that you'll avoid us contacting you.. this is such a bad case with go ibibo because of which i have lost closr to 35000
