I am hereby complaining about the refund delay. I booked a hotel chaman palace in shimla but due to shortage of water i had to cancel my booking.. My booking i'd is htlsje2dr4 i cancelled my booking well in advance on may 29, 2018 and today it's 5 june... I don't know the exact status coz somewhere it's written refund under process n somewhere it's written refunded... My total amount is rs 6990 i booked semi delux room..
