[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — refund delayed | |||||
On 11th december 2017 I booked hotel good luck delhi from goibibo When i tried booking hotel my payment deducted but booking not confirmed. Again i tried to confirm the booking but again the amount got deducted. Now, when i checked my bank statement it shows that my payment got deducted of rupees 2, 014 rs in total 1007 one time And again 1007 so in total 2, 014 rs deducted When i called goibibo customer care they said you will get the refund in 24 to 48 hours Also i have shared bank statement with goibibo But no response from their end. Kindly please check goibibo people are doing fraud They are not even responding on calls and very rude behavior with customers Was this information helpful? | |||||
