Today I got a call from goibibo ([protected]) asking about bank details through mail to refund the amount, but still now I have not received any mail from goibibo.
I have been doing the followup since April by sending several mails & twitter, but no from goibibo is helping me.
When ever i twitter @goibibo i get the below message.
We are pleased to inform you that we have initiated the refund process due to failure at PG. The applicable refund amount would take 7-10 business days to reflect on the original mode of payment. Thanks
