[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — refund for failed to provide room against confirmed booking | |||
Sir, my confirmed booking id for sterling kufri is htl6vm5rcp through goibibo. Through confirmation by resort i was told there is no booking by the name of gagandeep seith. I have contacted call centre through phone and mail and there is no proper response. I mailed them and got request id number 28035048.
