[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — refund for flight ticket

Dear sir,
I had done the booking for flights from pune to ahmadabad and return for the month of feb 2018. The booking was done in september 2017 but unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances we need to cancel the booking. The total cost of ticket is 15k but as per your refund policy only 1k will be refunded. As the booking is done in much advance and there is still a substantial time to travel, request you to process refund claim for at least 75% of the booking cost or if you can transfer it to another person that will be great.

Please be advised that cancellation policy are not hold by goibibo.com and same are regulated by airlines directly and in event of cancellation applicable deduction will be made as per airline policy.
We would also like to inform you that booking time dos not influence cancellation policy and even when booking cancelled 5 minutes after confirmation applicable penalty will be deducted i[censored]ser opt for cancellation.
