[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — refund for hotel booking | |
I have been following up for one refund of hotel booking with ibibo team from last one month but to no avail. The team has informed me that refund was done on 7 sep but it has been more than one month and refund has not been credited. Also, the ibibo team demanded copy of my bank statement to verify the status of refund which was duly shared by me but still no response. How much time does it take to effect an online transfer!!!.
