[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — refund for hotel problem | |||
Please note that I booked a 3 rooms in Hotel Uday Residency from goibibo website check in - 29/05/19 check out- 31/05/19. The primary reason to book this hotel was Swimming pool facility, however, when we reached their this was not operational and they said it will take 1 day for it to be ready for use . I called the goibibo customer care straight away and discussed my concern, I also gave them the option that they can shift us to some other nearby hotel having swimming pool. They could not find something so Mr. Farhan khan from goibibo decided to pay me one night refund of Rs 5200/- for my 3 rooms and he also sent me a mail in which he asked for my bank details . I sent him those details and he told me that it will take 5-14 days for the refund to reflect in my account. Today it’s been more than 18 days and I have not received anything. I again called goibibo after the completion of 15 days and they kept on giving me new complaint numbers and kept on saying that we have received your bank details and money will come in 24 hours. This time I am giving goibibo a chance to resolve the issue and lodging a complaint on your platform only but if it is not resolved then I will complain to consumer court. Following complaint or reference numbers were issued to me by your representatives: 27974539 28090208 28096514 28103463 I will not stop unless I get my refund of Rs 5200/- also I have all the proofs of all the conversation with your representatives till now.
